The 2024 Global Motherhood Leadership Summit (GMLS) took place from September 28–30, 2024, at the Hyatt Regency in Miami, bringing together leaders from around the world to explore how motherhood and leadership intersect. Founded by Dr. Yanli He and co-organized by the Post-Pandemic Leadership Research Institute (PLRI) and Dobe USA, the summit focused on empowering mothers by applying Organizational Leadership theory to real-life motherhood. Centered on four themes—Leadership Traits, Leadership Behaviors, Leadership Dynamics, and Virtual Team Leadership—the event became the first global summit to formally integrate organizational leadership principles into motherhood practice, highlighting the deep connections between leadership, wisdom, beauty, ethics, and the lived experiences of mothers.
