The 2nd Annual Global Motherhood Leadership Summit 2025 Successfully Held in Boston on Mother’s Day

The 2nd Annual Global Motherhood Leadership Summit (GMLS) took place on Mother’s Day 2025 in Boston, bringing together mothers from around the world to celebrate leadership, research, and shared experience. Founded by Dr. Yanli He and organized by the Post-Pandemic Leadership Research Institute (PLRI)—with support from Dobe WE Co-working Space and H2O Head Care—the summit blended organizational leadership principles with the real-life journey of motherhood.

Mothers from the United States, China, Russia, India, Spain, Bulgaria, Ukraine, and Puerto Rico gathered to exchange ideas, inspire one another, and collaborate across cultures and professions. Attendees ranged from ages 28 to 64 and represented leadership roles in government, business, healthcare, education, research, ministry, and more. The event filled Boston and the Harvard campus with creativity, unity, and heartfelt celebration, making GMLS 2025 a powerful and uplifting Mother’s Day experience.
